"Dyfal donc a dyr garreg." (If you keep on tapping, the stone will break.)

Insist: This is your life, you deserve the best.

Persist: Never give up, you are worth it.

Assist: You can help yourself along.

Dismiss: Let go of what is no longer needed.

Reminisce: You did it! Look back with pride."

"You are the artist of your life. Don't give the paintbrush to anyone else." Unknown

With the arrival of Sali and her wee kin, comes much magick. She is a fierce sorceress and will shield and protect her brood like a tigress.

Her long curly black hair is dyed local sheep locks. It frames her dramatic hand sculpted and painted paper clay face. Her hand painted and poured resin eyes will burn into your soul.  She wears three silver 8 pointed STARS with rhinestone centres.

Her headdress is purple silk flower petals with netting and hand painted paper roses. Sali wears two different purple seed bead necklaces. One features a silver TRISKELION pendant and a silver miner's lamp. The other is used to carry her daughter Sulwyn (means "white sun") in her suspended hand felted basket with DOUBLE SPIRAL protection charm.

Sali's body is made of purple wool melton, wood and locally sourced sheep's wool. Her skirt is natural grey welsh sheep fleece and purple velvet. Her cloak is hand felted wool in shades of purple. She wears a single sparkling rhinestone over her heart chakra.

Her daughter, Seirian (means "bright") is cradled in Sali's arms. She is cosy and safe in her hand felted wool cocoon with silver TRIQUETRA charm. Both children are hand sculpted and painted paper clay and have tiny rhinestones on their foreheads. (Third Eye)

Sali carries a hand painted and antiqued wooden box decorated with magickal symbols. It contains a hand felted wool nest and a large AMETHYST semi precious stone.

AMETHYST: channels divine energy for purification and wisdom. It symbolises balance, tranquillity, groundedness and calm. It can also serve as an antidote to too much wine! Amethyst can purify your energy field of unwanted energy and connect you to inner peace. Time to soothe your stress and let go of worries and tension.

DOUBLE SPIRAL: The double spiral stands for the fact that there are always two completely opposite activities going on in the universe, at any given point in time.

~ The two opposing spirals emerging from a single line signify that though the two activities have completely contradicting cycles, there is always a balance between them.
Cycles such as birth and death, creation and destruction occur alongside each other and are thus, represented by the double spiral.

TRISKELION: symbolises the present, past and future. Also balance, harmony and continual motion as in the flow of life and the Earth in her seasons and cycles. It can be useful for mental and spiritual growth and development. It is a symbol of strength in Celtic culture. It looks like it is moving and in that sense, it is also considered as the symbol of progress, personal growth and improvement. By helping to  expand our hearts and minds, we can journey on our path more joyously and meaningfully.

TRIQUETRA: represents the triple goddess. (Maid-Mother-Crone) (Life-Death-Rebirth) It can also mean to love, to honour and to protect. It can speak to the 3 fundamental elements – air, water, and earth or the infinite cycle of life. It is also known as a rune of protection.

Eight pointed STAR: The Wiccan Wheel of the Year is commonly represented as a circle containing eight spokes or an eight-pointed star. Each point is a major holiday known as a Sabbat. Wiccans emphasize the system of holidays as a whole: each holiday is influenced by what has come before and prepares for the one approaching next.

STAR: symbol can bestow divine guidance and protection. A symbol of purity and good luck. It can evoke aspiration, inspiration, imagination, wonder, dreams, pursuits, magic and creative brilliance. It can harken a positive turning point in life.
