"I've just come back from the river where I enjoyed a small picnic as I studied my herbal and medical books. My little cat came with me. She had a good time trying to catch a butterfly while I studied. Once she fell in the river she was ready to go! I was able to pick some pretty posies on my way back and I'm headed home now. My studies are going well and I look forward to finding opportunities to apply my knowledge to help people feel better. Onward and upward!"

What's not to love about a redhead? Ginger's are some of the most gorgeous people on this planet. Claris is no exception. Her lovely locks are made from mohair boucle yarn.
She wears a hand felted wool cap in purple shades with embedded bits of yarn in harmonising blues and purples. It has cobalt blue and lime coloured satin ribbon rose decorations on the side. Her earrings are copper coloured metal leaves.
Claris has a hand sculpted and painted paper clay face with lovely hand painted resin eyes.
She wears an elegantly crocheted cape in blues, purples, magenta and teal colours. It is created using wool and mohair yarns. Her beaded necklace is made of iridescent multi-blue seed beads. A set of antiqued brass keys forms the pendant of her necklace.
Miniature (real) medical book and miniature herbal books, a ceramic cat figurine, real moss and hand painted paper roses in shades of green fill the hand made wool felt basket that matches the hat that Claris wears. The basket is decorated with antiqued brass botanically themed charms.
Her skirt is locally sourced natural grey Welsh sheep's fleece. Claris has a wool melton and wood body.
