Garn is an ugly little guy with a heart as big as the sun. His wild hair is fashioned from Chocolate Yorkie hair collected from my wee dog, Lulu. I think Garn got some of her feisty personality too. The wispy hair is blended with real moss from our local welsh woodlands.

Garn has a distinctly green hue to his hand sculpted and painted face. His cosy all wool handmade felt wrap is woodsy shades of green, brown grey, teal, moss with shiny silk inclusions. His under robe is fashioned from locally sourced natural grey welsh wool fleece.

His small but sturdy body is constructed out of spring green wool melton and wood. His antique gold necklace is seed beads and he wears an iridescent rhinestone on his chest. 

Garn carries his cat* familiar in a wee handled, woven basket with soft green moss and a single hand painted paper flower.

*Cats are very spiritual animals. They are known for their ability to wait and act only when the time is right. (They can also jump right in and bite you on your ankle! haha)

Cat symbolizes the transcendent, the supernatural and the unseen. Cat spirit animals are fanciful, magical and independent. They can appear when you need self-confidence and reassurance.
