An Ellyllon Fairy can be a WILD CHILD

"I was named after a river in Carmarthenshire, Wales where I make my home. Did you know that everything is unfolding perfectly as it should?.  I am here to remind you because you human's seem to forget so easily. But nevermind. I have brought gifts and treasures for you. "

“I would love to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.” ― John O’Donohue

Sweet little Cothi wears a hand crocheted hat in shades of blue with blue and green satin ribbon rose decorations. Her hand sculpted and painted paper clay face features hand painted and poured resin eyes.

Around her neck, she wears a matte dark grey seed bead necklace with a silver TRISKELION pendant. Continuing with the Celtic theme, her silver earrings are TRIQUETRA designs.

Cothi wears a handmade soft wool felt cloak in swirling colours of purple/blue/white that looks like clouds or mist swirling along the river at dawn. Her body is formed using teal wool melton, wood and locally sourced welsh sheep's wool stuffing. Her skirt is natural grey local sheep's fleece.

She carries a hand painted and antiqued wooden box loaded with treasure. It contains several books. One is a fine miniature replica of a Flower Guide that is printed and illustrated! A delightful detail...

The box also contains an OPALITE semi precious stone, a wee CONE, a tiny glass vial labelled for Digitalis (foxglove), a hand painted paper rose in shades of green and a small red and white mushroom. (Amanita muscaria?)

OPALITE: is a talisman of personal power, known to have an effect in increasing self-esteem, as well as in improving one's self worth. It can be very useful for people who are having trouble sleeping or frequently experience nightmares. It can help soothe an irregular heartbeat.

TRIQUETRA: represents the triple goddess. (Maid-Mother-Crone) (Life-Death-Rebirth) It can also mean to love, to honour and to protect. It can speak to the 3 fundamental elements – air, water, and earth or the infinite cycle of life. It is also known as a rune of protection.

PINE CONES:  can symbolize human enlightenment, fertility, third eye, eternal life and spiritual illumination. They are often used in Celtic magic protection circles.

TRISKELION: symbolises the present, past and future. Also balance, harmony and continual motion as in the flow of life and the Earth in her seasons and cycles. It can be useful for mental and spiritual growth and development. It is a symbol of strength in Celtic culture. It looks like it is moving and in that sense, it is also considered as the symbol of progress, personal growth and improvement. By helping to  expand our hearts and minds, we can journey on our path more joyously and meaningfully.

The ancient Celts had many symbols, many of them revolved around a three-fold theme. Triskelion Celtic symbol meaning is a trinity of themes like: Mind, body, spirit for example.
