Gwragedd Annwn Fairies can attract GOOD HEALTH
"Blessings of health to you. You are luscious and verdant. The spirits honour and protect you on your chosen creative journey. You are strong and your inner soil is fecund and fertile. You are ripe and ready to proceed."
"When the winds of change blow through life, remember you are the Master of your fate, the captain of your soul. It's your ship, adjust the sails." Unknown
Nant has come here today to guide you along your path. Her black mohair tresses cascade down her back from under her hand crocheted turquoise polished cotton hat. It is decorated with blue and green paper roses.
She tilts her hand sculpted paper clay face as if to ask, "Are you ready?" Nant has spread her hand made green felt wings. Her cloak is handmade felt in scrumptious deep water colours of teal, indigo, moss and azure blue.
Nant's body is created using indigo wool melton and wood, stuffed with locally sourced Welsh sheep's wool. Her full skirt is natural grey local sheep's fleece.
Around her neck, she wears a necklace of bronze iridescent seed beads with an aged brass SUN pendant. Her tiny drop earrings are blue.
Nant carries a hand painted and antiqued wooden box lined with natural moss. It holds her prized possession that she has brought to share with you. It is a fully illustrated, perfectly miniaturized copy of "Culpepper's British Herbal". It is resting loose in her box, so it can be removed for a closer look. Don't lose it!
Under the box is a large lavender silk flower. She carries her trusted BESOM by her side.
SUN is a symbol of power, growth, health, passion and the cycle of life. It can represent the higher self. It symbolises the conscious ego, the self and its expression. It can relate to personal power, pride and authority.
Sun can foster leadership qualities and encourage creativity, spontaneity, support health and vitality and life force. It can positively influence creative enterprises from art to business to parenthood and beyond.
BESOM: is a symbol of banishing, fertility, and cleansing. Its earlier use was specifically for Western European fertility rites. These Western European rites are the reason why people think witches ride on their besom. Upon delivery, use the besom to do some sweeping around the birth site.
The besom is a potent symbol of fertility and doing this will also banish negative energies from the mother and the baby. Doing banishing as early as the day the child is born will benefit the him or her greatly. While it does not usually touch the ground, it is used to "sweep out" the negative energies in a room, and is often held a few inches above the ground to do so.
